You can book a table online - simply choose a date, time, enter how many people and click 'Find a Table' to see availability.

Please note:

Wednesday to Friday lunchtimes we only serve our Lite Bites Menu.

We have a 15 minute grace period and may need to contact you about this booking so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date and accurate!

We operate a table turn policy which ensures we have availability for all our booked guests. Your table will be booked for up to 2 hours for all guests unless agreed in advance for larger tables.

Can I choose my table in advance?

While we always do our very best to fulfil our guests’ requests, all tables are allocated on arrival and can’t be guaranteed in advance. We only offer a guarantee of accessible tables for our disabled guests.

Larger tables of 5 guests + will be required to pay a deposit of £20 a head on booking which can be arranged via telephone on 01304 374389. All deposits are fully refundable with 48hrs notice of cancellation of the booking. Deposits are refunded against the final invoice.

All of our menus are available on our website but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and we’ll try our best to accommodate your requirements.
 
Our menus are clearly detailed with V = vegetarian  G = gluten (GFO = gluten free option available)  N = nuts D = Dairy. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances before placing your order. Not all individual ingredients are listed on the menu. Details of the 14 main allergies available on request. Prices include VAT @ 20%
Sorry, we don’t have parking however there are a number of public car parks within five minutes walk. See Google maps for details
Yes, our gift vouchers do need to be redeemed in full.
No. Service charge is recommended at 10% but is not added to your final bill and completely discretionary.
Although we welcome younger guests we don’t offer a children’s menu as such. We will try to cater for children within the limits of our menu. We have limited space for prams and buggies due to the historic nature of our building.
Our restaurant is fully accessible on the ground floor (with some restrictions due to the historic nature of the building) but does not contain a lift to reach the upper level toilet. Please let us know if you have a pram, require disabled access or need a more accessible table.
 
Due to the historical nature of our restaurant, we do not have space at the side of the table for the pram to remain with you, we have a safe area to store your pram during your visit.
We offer a dog friendly table for well behaved furry friends.
